Project: RFP for $500 Million Development Project for Arizona State University

The development company, Concord Eastridge, was asked to submit an RFP to Arizona State University for a large-scale project. Concord Eastridge assembled a team of four highly esteemed architectural firms and an award-winning landscape architect, and contacted me to create the RFP presentation.

For the two phases of the selection process, I proposed spiral-bound books in lieu of the expected Word document; a more appropriate choice given the scale of the project. For Phase 2, I created an entirely branded presentation: easel display of the team for easy recognition, notepad blotter, coasters, picture book of the team process, Powerpoint presentation, printed booklet, CD, and bound RFP book.

The 4-color book contained 98 pages of RFP content, an 88 page company and personnel profile addendum, 4 tabs with table of contents per tab, and tabloid fold-out charts for easy access to pertinent information.

The team was thrilled with the result, as well as with their ultimate win of the project.
